To start I have 20/20 vision. Was disappointed in image quality plus a very finicky diopter on the Razor, Viper was basically as good for half price This is the third pair of Vortex Bono’s I have returned. Bad glare inside of binoculars was a issue in 10x42 Vipers, lower 1/3 of images was washed out in 12x50 Diamond backs couldn’t correct regardless of eye position. I have a 8x42 diamondbacks with a complete glare circle around the right side. Will be sending them back as well that makes 4 out of 4. Now if your setting on a porch all the time your good to go with them all, but that’s not what most of us do. Bought Zeiss conquests for the same money. Way, way better optics and a usable diopter. Vortex has spent a lot of money on marketing and boasts its warranty but I think their QC is lacking.
But I would rather have the higher quality optics for the money.
