Thank goodness for the customer pictures and videos explaining how to open and set up the box. What a mess! Powder everywhere. We saw the powder residue all around the inside of the plastic wrapper and did open it over a wastebasket, but the loose powder filled the air and got all over everything, inside and outside the basket. My trash smells great, as do our hands. Had to drag out the vacuum to clean up the rest. Not a lot of powder escaped, but it didn't take much. Then, for the life of us, we couldn't figure out how to open the box. The video saved us. Duhhh!
Anyway, the scent is lovely, and I'm sure it will be fine. However, in future I will seek something that comes in a more substantial box with just the powder, puff, base, and cover. Not crazy about the five piece setup with the plastic filter.
