Grip | Arm | Tripod
This ultra versatile mount can be used three main ways: as a camera grip, extension arm or tripod. The folding arm is perfect for POV or follow-cam footage, and makes it easy to capture selfies without the mount appearing in the shot. When detached from the arm, the handle doubles as a camera grip. Stored inside the handle is a lightweight, mini tripod that can be removed and used on its own or combined with the handle. Expands to 20 inches (50.8 centimetres), collapses to 7.5 inches (19 centimetres).

Installing was a piece of cake if you know how to change the backdoors on your GoPro. The floaty has a stick back that you have to install. My only concern is that the sticky part will break down over time and the floaty will separate from the case. But so far, it seems solid!
Attaching the Floaty pad: The Floaty has a large adhesive pad to attach it to the back of the GoPro case. The Floaty covers essentially the entire back face of the GoPro case, so aligning it when attaching it to the back can be a bit tricky. You want the pad well centered but don't want it to interfere with the GoPro latch at the top if the case. What worked well for me was to put the Floaty pad down on a table, adhesive side up. Then press the provided spare door onto the Floaty pad. This allows you to look through the clear door as you are attaching it to the pad. Then remove the original GoPro door and snap this new one into place. Much easier to control the alignment than trying to press the Floaty onto the full GoPro case.
Put it on the GoPro (especially if you don't have a floaty handle) and your GoPro will float and be easy to spot! Only downside (but it should be obvious and not surprise anyone) is that it covers the screen so you can't see/operate the screen with this floaty. If that will be a deal breaker for you (and I understand) I'd recommend the floaty stick/handle instead.
