I THOUGHT I had a problem with the equipment. I opened the hardware and THOUGHT I was missing the bolts needed to put the stands together. Was I angry, yes - how do I assemble without the hardware. So I called PYLE Customer support, they answered within a couple of minutes, took down my complaint and then said it would be followed up with email enquiry to get what I needed (what I THOUGHT) was missing. I was contacted within 24 Hours - by email. What I had to tell the service agent was that by trying to replace the bolts myself, I realized that these bolts were already inside the holes of the body of the poles and I apologized for wasting their time. I am always so used to a BAG of HARWARE to install. So when buying these look for the install bolts already in the posts. Excellent product does what I thought It would be, but good customer service is a plus.

Nice stands for office/studio

This is a great stand for getting my studio monitors above my computer monitors. Overall the construction is good. They are lightweight yet hold my Adam Audio monitors securly. If you are going to use iolation pads, use the 8" size.
There was an issue with the stands that the repair process was started right away by Pyle

Bought these at some point in march and must say at the time of writing this 28. Man 2017, they are holding my speakers pretty darn well! I was worried as they have a weight limit. Truthfully I got these speakers used from a thrift shop. The speakers are indeed tall. Weights were not listed, which was the source of my worry. However, I have pretty darn impressed. Also, the stands are at their highest point. At the time of purchase, I had to do some extra research as the weight limits were not presented in the description. Despite not know the weights of my speakers, it would have been very helpful in making my decision. If I recall, these particular stands hold some 90lbs. Had to go with the largest number as I wasn't sure how they would react with my tall weight-unknown speakers. Always best to be safe than sorry. Due to the fact that, I cannot speak on the longevity (a few month is hardly deserving of classification), it will get a 4 star. If I do not come back to update, please take this to mean 5 stars.

I did have one minor flaw, something that, in my case, does not affect performance. However the tightening locks are plastic. I had one stand come to me with the playact nut broken. I attempted to fix, but got impatient waiting for the glue to dry, thus this will not be included in the rating. I did want to mention this, as there are people who may be interested in knowing the quality of the product. For anyone still on the edge of their seats. I never did fix it and it is by now in a very hard to access place. It is fine and not in anyway able to cause damage. I made sure of that.

In the past, I spent way more for stands that do no more than these Pyle stands. These stands have an extra add on warranty post registration. They are stable and have a 90# rating and look nice. Don’t look any further for durable well built stands. I am a satisfied customer.

You can’t listen to reviews half the people who claimed the item was messed up over tight it put to much force on it and pulled the welded part apart easy to assemble manufacture should Have put more support for bottom though it will wobble a little without anything on the bottom
