Good shape of the speaker it does have good sound image it’s been powered by a Denon X4300H .

I bought these speakers as surrounds for $166 almost 2 years ago to finish out my new 5.1 Klipsch Reference line setup. I only had bookshelf speakers as surrounds in the past, so I love how this design disperses the sound for a wider soundstage. Since my sectional is up against the back wall in my home theatre, it helps not having the surround so directional. Sound quality is excellent to me with great midrange, treble and good enough bass. I appreciate these having a tweeter with the woofers, as my old Yamahas only had small woofers, and lacked clarity.

Only downside is they don’t match the wood grain finish on the new Reference line, but I knew that when I bought them. The speaker design and value is a worthwhile trade off since Klipsch doesn’t make this style currently. They are still Reference speakers, so I’ll give myself a pass for having all matching speakers.

It was a tough choice, but I'm glad I bought these over the much more expensive RP-240S. They sound great in my space and were a hell of a lot easier on the wallet. Not disappointed at all.
