Good value on a 5-ply pan

Top quality pan that get's mixed reviews, probably from folks who have never learned to cook with anything but non-stick. This is high quality stainless steel. The cooking process is different from cheap "non-stick" pans that have to be replaced in 6 months or less. Once you learn how to cook with stainless you will never go back to non-stick. This will last a lifetime.

This Goliath of a Zwilling frying pan is craftsmanship personified. One word of advice, standard oven will not accommodate the pan, so make sure you have space in your cupboards and a large oven.
This is highly recommended and once bought it will last a life time.
Cooking is simply another pleasure.
Don’t be put off by sticking, its nonsense, this cooks perfectly.
Staining is simply removed with either lemon juice or vinegar. Yesterday’s omelette slid around like a duck on ice.

It’s a beautiful pan, first and foremost. I got the 12.5”, it’s a great size for cooking for a family or large dishes. I like that, even as big as it is, it’s still lighter than my cast iron skillets. I love the helper handle and that I can put it in the oven. I love all my cast iron to death, but my husband is too weary to touch them :D he’s more used to stainless steel and nonstick, so I technically got this for him to use when I’m gone. It heats as evenly as possible on my inconsistent electric glasstop stove. I’ve included pictures of the first meal I made in it, 4 cubed up Aidelle Italian style chicken sausages with onion and bell pepper, and asparagus for a side. Worked great! I now have a 9.5” on it’s way. Made in Belgium is certainly a plus
