I am very pleased with this mat.
Pros:
- The velcro straps work well for storage and for carrying.
- It is sufficiently thick and protects your body while you exercise. I've found previous mats to be very thin and uncomfortable for any routine that involves rolling your spine.
- It is very sturdy. My mat has no tears despite almost daily usage.
- It doesn't slip on a hardwood floor.
Cons:
-It collects dust fairly easily. However, spraying it with a gentle cleaning solution does the trick.
All in all, it is just right. Thick enough to cushion my body yet not so thick that carrying it becomes a pain.
