I have ordered this product several times in the past. The package has always arrived quickly and the toners were packaged in original Brother OEM boxes. This time the package arrived quickly but the contents were not Brother OEM toners cartridges. The labels stated that the cartridges were “NOT an OEM product” and that it was “4 Pack Compatible TN225 Color Set”. I am returning the order.

I have ordered from this company multiple times and always receive a quality product. Note, I installed these a couple of months after ordering (ordered for stock) and 3 toners worked great, 1 continued to register toner was low. I contacted Amazon and they WERE NO HELP saying it had passed the period to return/replace. I told them I just wanted to contact the seller for help, they refused to allow me to do that. Finally, I was able to find contact information for the retailer and THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I was able to re-set my machine and it recognized ALL toners as "FULL!" So 1 star for Amazon, 5 stars for GreatDealToner7!

Leaky cartridge

Bought this set of cartridges in 2017 to have on hand when i ran out of toner. Eventually installed them and they were working great. I don't print a lot of pages so they last me a long time. However, recently with 1/2 of the toner life left, the magenta cartridge is leaking toner and shows up on the printed material. Very unhappy with that and would hope they would send me a new cartridge but can't find any contact information.

We have bought these toner cartridges numerous times and never had a problem with them. We do a lot of printing and these larger versions last much longer than their smaller counterparts (TN-331s). They haven't leaked excessively (a little toner is visible in the machine, but not a lot.) Print quality is still good after several sets.

Magenta toner leaking

The Red (magenta) cartridge started leaking after the 30 day return window. I would not purchase from this seller again since toner cartridges should not leak like this one did. There’s still plenty of toner inside but I have to replace the cartridge since it’s causing a mess inside the printer.
