Ztylus, I LOVE this Apple Pencil case! I use my Apple Pencil and my iPad Pro all day every day pretty much and I am head over heels for this Apple Pencil case! I am someone who loves thicker pens and pencils, so when I saw this, I just knew I had to try it! I was so happy that when I tried it, it actually did exactly what it said it would do and worked perfectly! The product packaging was very well designed--sleek and very high-end and of nice quality. The packaging made me feel confident in my purchase before I even opened the box since so much care and thought had gone into the packaging. But, enough about the packaging already! Once I got into the box, the product was securely in place, so there was no damage or scratches on the pencil case. I was afraid since it is plastic that it might get scratched during shipping, but the case is shipped in a form fitted, cushioned pen box, so no damage. The instructions were easy, straight to the point and it took mere seconds to have my Apple Pencil inside of its new case. The twist feature works every single time. I have had no issues with the Apple Pencil tip not going all the way into the case when it is not in use, so the pencil tip is nice and safe and undamaged. The slide clip on the the pen not only allows you to easily carry your Apple Pencil in its case with you everywhere you go, but the clip is actually multi-function--if you lay the pencil on a desk and it starts to roll, the slide clip actually stops it from rolling AND one more hidden talent is that when you need to charge your Apple Pencil, the bottom end cap of the pencil slides securely onto the top of the slide clip of this pencil case--there is even a little magnet for added security. I LOVE this Ztylus Apple Pencil Case and I already have my eye on the other one Ztylus makes--the sleek, slightly slimmer metal Apple Pencil case is definitely on my wish list! I cannot sing the praises of this case or Ztylus enough!

I received mine a few days ago along with the Apple pen. I gotta say I really like it. Seems like a high quality product...I like how you can store the little cap thing on the end while charging and I also like that it comes with a clip. I took it down a star because no matter how hard I twist my pen into this case, the pen gets pushed in when I try to attach the pen to my ipad to charge. I don't understand how to stop it and it resulted in me having to unscrew and super tighten the case around the pen more than once. I don't want to damage my pen but I don't understand why it keeps going inside the case when I try to attach it for charging. It may be something I'm doing wrong. Also it's a very thick pen....not sure if this will be an issue but it's pretty fat. I kind of like it, but it may limit the loops you can put it in. Overall I really like it and am going to keep it.

I recommend this as a must have for any apple pencil users. I love it so much. It provides perfect protection, saving you the trouble to keep track of a separate case. The grip is better than the original shape unless you're a artist, which I am not. I just use it to draw diagrams and take notes so I like the thickened grip. And the protection is very good, I usually like to use my pen to knock on something when I think, and the fragility of apple products is no longer a concern.

When you charge, I do not recommend using the iPad to charge the pencil since the portal on my iPad pro 12.9 seems a little tight. When you try to charge the pencil on that iPad with the case on, the pencil tend to slip a little bit inside the case, which is easily fixable by just twisting the pencil out to full range after you unplug it, but which can also be annoying from time to time. To avoid the nuisance, I generally charge the pencil in the case now with my iPhone, which has a much smoother plug portal. Also I get to put the phone and pencil somewhere unconspicuous while keeping working on the iPad, saving the embarrassment of using an iPad with a long tail.

This is the accessory we Apple Pencil owners have been waiting for. Holding this thing in my hand while drawing and writing feels glorious! This thing adds just enough girth needed for a more comfortable feel; it's like drawing with a fine point Sharpie. For those of you who own the Otterbox case for the iPad Pro (like myself), you will be happy to know that your pencil will still fit between the bottom shell and the Pro's screen (not in the designated storage spot mind you). There are two essential item you will need to really make the experience with this Pencil accessory a more pleasant one (though it's not required, it is recommended). First, if you own the fore mentioned Otterbox case, I recommend getting an Apple Pencil charging adaptor (see photo). With the added girth, the Pencil can still reach the charging port on the Pro, it just me feels like an extention is needed, but that's just me; again, not required. Second, you should get an Apple Pencil Cozy (also in photo). This will practically keep you from having to handle the cap at all. These items are not required for use, but trust me, you at least need the Cozy in your life. Losing your cap will be farthest from your mind.

This is a great case for my Apple Pencil and almost perfect! I have always worried I would lose my pen or the cap and now it all fits nicely inside of the Ztylus (odd name, btw). I have recommended it to several friends already.

Pros: 1) When the charging cap is off, it fits snug on top of the clip and doesn't come off - I no longer have to worry about losing the cap.
2) I can clip the pen to the inside of my messenger bag - it doesn't roll around or get lost.

Cons: 1) There is not a place for the small charging adapter, so I still need to carry that around. It would have been great if there were a little holder for that inside or outside.
2) I would have liked the case to be a smooth shiny plastic. It feels a bit cheaply made, although sturdy enough. I do wonder how long it will last.
