Not so great game design and vague hard to read instructions

So I wish I had checked the reviews first.. I wouldn't really recxomemd this toy. I guess the kids had a little fun with it briefly but it has many issues:
The instructions are hard to read because they're printed in orange on an orange background.
The instructions are not clear enough for the gameplay; it doesn't talk about if you should bebusing a timer or who judges the burgers that are made, there's a lot of guessing when you first play.
The set doesn't come with any way to organize the many pieces. Guess you throw them back in the box or use zip lock bags?
Its hard to catch the burger at the end without it spilling and falling apart.
The kids had more fun using it to do make believe burger restaurant after they gave up on the game play 10 mins in.
Was hard for my 6 year old to play, but 11 year old was fine with assembling burgers. 6 yr old kept taking burger off conveyer belt and basically cheating.
It could have been great with more careful planning and design maybe?

My son had been begging for this game for months. I finally broke down and bought it for him and unfortunately it is so frustrating we barely play it. We have had to seriously modify the rules for most of the family to play. It is a cute concept and the main game component, the conveyor belt, is durable, but most of the burger parts are made out of craft foam and the buns are made out of slippery, uneven plastic which I know is designed to make it more challenging, but this game is supposed to be for kids and those factors, as well as the hard to work plastic tweezers, take the fun out of family time. I would suggest this game as an older teen to adult game just so you can laugh at each other's frustration.

This is a super cute game! The buns are a rubber-like plastic and the inner pieces are foam. The little plates are plastic and so cute! The whole thing was surprisingly well made. You do have to separate all the little foam pieces before you play. That part is a little tedious, lol. :-) But it otherwise was fast to put together... all you had to do was add big stickers on the conveyor. No other assembly. This is trickier to play than you think! I didn't see a difference in speed between the different buttons (or levels of difficulty) but I THINK it goes a little faster as time passes, and it does run out of time and stop. The tweezer concept is challenging. It takes practice, but it is really fun even if your entire burger dumps off the end of the belt. We were laughing and having a blast. One of our favorite Christmas gifts! My husband and I play it with our 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son.

Ours didn’t have three speeds like it should. I’m going to replace the buns with the same material the ingredients are made of because the plastic is too heavy and caused completed burgers to fall apart. There are just enough parts to complete one burger for each card, for each player. Wouldn’t break you to throw in a few extra pieces of foam. Initial setup takes some time as the pieces don’t peel of easy leaving behind the smaller cut outs as they intended. At least it’s sturdy unlike all the newer versions of the classics that are now made cheap and crappy. I’d recommend it on sale. But I don’t expect much replay ability. Maybe for a drinking game.

All 3 of the speeds are the same first of all. And the "tweezers" you are supposed to use to pick up the hamburger pieces come apart when using them. Very cheap game and over priced. My 4 and 8 year old played it for maybe 1 minute before saying how hard it was and not fun so me and my friend took a turn and agreed it was a bust. Dont recommend for any age. They make it look fun on youtube but it's not at all.
