I was not aware of this manufacturer previously and had no idea of what to expect quality wise. However, after receipt I quickly found this case was extremely well made and had everything my grandson wanted. He can place his switch, both joy con controllers, and small accessories in the case. While items are in the case they are well protected. Additionally, It has room for 8 switch game cards built into the holder with extra storage room behind the mesh net holder. Unfortunately, there is not enough room to put the power adapter in there. However, may not be an issue as I purchased the Nintendo Switch Battery Charger Case Pack Bank 10,000 mAh on the switch so I normally get 9 hours playing time. Even with the Charger Case Pack Bank attached it fits nicely into the Orzly Carry Case.

While I had initially decided I wasn't going to take my Switch on the go, I gave in to temptation and took it to work one day to play during my lunch break.

I picked this case up in anticipation and the case met all expectations. It's small enough to keep the Switch portable, but there's still space for some small accessories in there. You can't find the AC adapter for the Switch in this case, the "block" end that plugs into a wall outlet is too bulky.

But as I only took the Switch for a few minutes play during breaks and a half hour play during lunch, this case was perfect.

I noticed that the Switch has a little wiggle room inside the case. Not enough to cause concern but it is noticeable. However, a gaming friend of mine, who travels extensively and utilizes the portable nature of the Switch far more than I do, bought this case after getting my input on this case. This friend found and bought a grip also made by Orzly, and he has told me that the Switch fits very nicely in this case with the Orzly grip installed. He has told me he likes the case and meets his expectations as well.

We bought one case back in December, we liked it so much we bought another one for our second Switch. ...this one had a really strong foul smelling chemical odor that would not go away, even after "airing it out" over night. The box it came in looked fine,, and it was wrapped in a plastic sleeve that seem to mask the odor...so we RMA'ed it...I just received the new unit yesterday, and it also has that smell..just not as strong....so we're airing it out to see if that helps...my guess is that it will not be going away..and we'll be looking for a different brand that matches up to this one. (minus the smell)..

*to note, each case was a different color....I had hoped it may have just been a bad batch of units on one line.. I gave it 2 stars because of the one we bought back in 12/18.

The reviews for this product are reliable, you will be happy with the space it provides for the switch and controllers as well as the protection it gives. It fit in my carry on bag without taking up too much space. It looks good and the color is nice (I got blue). I got some nice emails from the manufacturer making sure I was happy with my product- they seem to be very centered on customer service so I feel that if I ever had a problem they would be responsive. Would recommend.

Updated review: the seller contacted me regarding the strong odor and offered to send another case no charge. It arrived today and the odor is much much less, just a normal plastic packaging smell that is very light. I really appreciate this! That first case smells like it sat in a cigar factory for a month before it shipped but the replacement is great. With some creative packing the power cord will fit but its a stretch. Thanks for great customer service!

The case is really nice design and switch fits perfectly. The power cord doesn’t fit, and the other issue is the case has a very strong odor. I’ve left it out to breathe for a couple of weeks and it still stinks. Will probably buy something different.
