I have purchased six packs of these in the last months and on every single brush head the top bristles have fallen out within a week. I even purchased directly from Sonicare, hoping it was just the vendor on amazon who had a bad batch, but no, every single one I have purchased has been defective. Although I have a black handle, I will return to ordering the white heads because I have wasted too much time and money on these. Do not purchase!
