低音键漏气（低音1和升2）。升5键需要调整一下，低音7和升1间的滑轮不转也需要调。声音还可以，适合初学。

配不上各个网上给他的高评。跟国内千多的萨克斯水平差不多，估计是天津山东还是河北产的。

收到该萨克斯后，在家开始练习，过程中每次吹到5音sol时发不出音，或者变音，开始以为自己初学还不太会，就一直继续练，但还是不行，直到最近找到老师吹过后发现萨克斯的5音的确是有问题的，所以要退回给贵司。

Great Instrument regardless of the price

I bought the Tenor TS400 about a month ago and when Amazon had a "Deal of the Day" there is no way I could pass up buying the alto as well. It is simply outstanding. All registers are clear, exceptionally vibrant and responsive in the higher and lower registers and mechanically effortless. I also carefully evaluated the intonation with a tuner and was very satisfied with the consistency of pitch throughout. I own several professional model saxophones and enjoy playing my Jean Paul as much as any of the others. As a public school music teacher/administrator for over 45 years and a private sax and clarinet teacher for the same amount of time who has purchased or recommended for purchase thousands of instruments, I believe the Jean Paul saxes stand tall regardless of the price. I have never done a personal endorsement for a particular brand of instrument in the past but am happy to do so for this high quality brand.

Not as expensive as a Yamaha YAS-23; but also not as good

I don't play the saxophone--my ten-year-old daughter does. When she started playing a couple years ago, we bought her this saxophone. We didn't know if she was going to stick with it, so we didn't want to spend three times as much on a Yamaha YAS-23 "student" saxophone.

About a month ago her instructor noticed that the saxophone had lost a couple little screws, and she recommended that we take it in for repair. The local shop basically told us "missing those screws is not a problem" and didn't charge us anything.

In the meantime, however, she borrowed a saxophone from the school--a Yamaha YAS-23. I gotta say, the difference is really quite noticeable, both in sound and in effort to play. Then of course the Yamaha retails for over $1,200. So, in the end, I think we still did the right thing.

I am a professional sax player. I purchased this sax to play when I travel so I don't have to take my very expensive yamaha with me. I am impress with the quality of this instrument.

As a freshman in high school, I’ve been using a Yamaha Baritone Saxophone as my main instrument for 3 years. I usually play alto, tenor, or soprano saxophones for other assembles such as duets, trios, and quartets. On my own free time, I generally play the alto sax for solos. I’ve been using a Yamaha alto saxophone for 4 years. I have purchased this saxophone and heard a lot of good reviews and actually my private lesson teacher recommends this instrument. I can safely say that this instrument does not play like a beginner/intermediate instrument in my personal opinion. The As-400cc has a beautiful tone, outstanding intonation, etc. It’s almost unreal on how great this instrument is for a really low price. Well done Jean Paul!
