I’m a little bit more than normal when it comes to being ready for emergencies. My wife and kids think I’m a nut. Until something happens and then they know that I will have whatever they need to get them out of trouble. lol
Anyways, I believe in always having some cash in your vehicle in case you run out of gas, need something to eat or God forbid, have to unexpectedly spend a night somewhere away from home.
So I got this to keep in my wife’s car console.
I put a $100 in cash in the little side zipper pocket along with a pre-paid $150 Visa card.
In the main pocket, I put $25 in those gold $1 coins. I know that for some strange reason, I never use those coins that I have in my truck. Not sure why. But I figure that should cover some gas, a meal or two if you’re careful, or even just some unexpected parking. That’s with the coins. The cash and the card are for bigger problems.
Yeah, I know, but I just can’t help myself. You can’t even believe the stuff I have in my truck!
So the coin pouch is very well suited to its task. Plenty of room for the coins in the big pocket. You can easily fit way more than I put in there. Probably 50-75 coins.
Nice little zipper pocket for cash, cards or I.D.
Has a key ring attached to the inside. Leather quality is okay. Not too confident in the zipper but in my case it isn’t a big issue since it won’t be getting used every day. A little bit overpriced for what it is but it’s what I was looking for and I am not sorry I bought it.

poor quality and difficult return (despite "free return") listing...

The outer zipper arrived messed up where it separates in the middle. it'll zip back together but then does it again. Despite amazons free returns listing, if you click defective, it only gives you a replacement option. If you click something else, it doesnt offer a free return, unless you take it to a ups store (closest one to me where they say to take it, it an HOUR from me. I usually do my ups free returns at the ups dropoff at cvs but it wouldny give me the same option for this item.
In addition, the quality is gross...it feels nasty to the touch from the color leather dye and rubs off a little as well.

Exactly what I wanted. I will attach to my keys for daily errands. The slim design is great for cards and a small amount of cash. The top zipper opens to reveal a leather loop with a ring for keys, and if you keep the leather loop on the outside (like I do, attached to my bulky keys), it can coax the top zipper open a little bit. I will keep my license and bank cards in the side zipper pocket for security.

Received this 10/14/2019 and it stinks like cosmolene bad. Smells just like the inside of an army surplus store. Also not the same color as pictured. The tan is a lighter color than pictured. Low quality feel and wimpy plastic zipper. Probably is worth $10 if it didn’t smell so bad. I suggest paying a little more for a handmade one from the usa.

I purchased this coin pouch to replace one I had misplaced and could not find. The new pouch arrived at my apartment several days ago, in good condition. This pouch is also a bit larger than the one I had; however, I can always use the extra space. I wanted a replacement for my old pouch because I didn't want to carry my loose change in a pocket, having become accustomed to the previous pouch.

I would and will recommend this product to others looking for such an item. It is made very well, in my opinion, and should last a long time if not abused. The keyring feature can be useful as well; it looks as if it is sturdy enough to hold any reasonable number of keys securely.
