We try to teach the kids appropriate play and they love to play doctor. As awkward as that makes a dad feel, it makes me feel better to know my kid has a smock and mask to make the play good. She loves to check our hearts and give us shots and it makes us all feel better!

I have a 2 1/2 year old.... she was so excited to get her present and the label "Frustration-free packaging" is a JOKE. She had to wait while I cut out each item from the coat because they were all sewn in. Then she had to wait for me to find an eyeglass size screwdriver to unscrew the back of the stethoscope to insert two batteries. The play mask has velcro to make it the right size for different children, but the velcro makes it hurt to wear it, so that is pointless. The stethoscope will not stay in her ears, and one branch of it is taller than the other. The thermometer doesn't look like any thermometer that I've ever seen, but it is what it is. I bought this mostly for the coat, and I do really love the adorable little coat. On the back it says "Medical staff" and the little pockets are great for her to keep all the tools in. I give it 3/5 stars because I'm really disappointed with the stethoscope, mask, and thermometer.

I ordered this doctor set for my 3 year old for Christmas. It arrived after Christmas bc amazon delivered it to the wrong house first time. I opened it for my son who was excited to play with it. The extras (stethoscope, thermometer, mask, etc) thst are very tightly sown to the shirt. I struggled to release them from the shirt. Ended up tearing a part of shirt bc I couldn’t cut it well enough. The shirt feels flimsy and easily tore. The stethoscope doesn’t even work. I’m not sure if batteries are not included or what but I can’t open the battery door to put new batteries in it. Overall this is a huge disappointment. I highly don’t recommend.

This set is adorable and true to Melissa and Doug quality. Even the “instruments” are sturdy and easy for little hands to practice.

Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter LOVES listening to the heartbeat of the stethoscope and giving us all our shots so we don’t get “sickie”.

You won’t be disappointed, pay a little more to get the fantastic quality

We got this for our 3 yr old. It is big on her which means she can use it for awhile. She is a little apprehensive of Dr.’s and at the same time said she wants to be a Dr. We thought this would be a great play option for her to be a dr and get more comfortable with what they do. Her 3 yr check up is coming soon and we are gonna let her wear it to that. She loves giving us check ups as well as our very patient pups. Great imaginative play option. Very good quality. Love the little see through pockets to keep all the tools in. She loves the name badge too. Would highly recommend this product.
