I do macro photography and I use the Canon EOS R, flash, MK Diffuser and occasionally extension rings/ raynox 250. There are times when I am holding this heavy setup with my right hand and maneuvering what the subject is on with my left. My arm gets fatigued quickly as you can imagine due to not only holding the weight of this setup one handed but gripping with my palm and bottom 3 fingers as I use my thumb for the dials and index finger for shutter. There have been many times I have had to walk away from the composition I was attempting because my forearm and grip was simply shot out from this and I could not afford my grip failing and dropping my gear. This strap helps a great deal as now I can I let the strap take the brunt of the weight and not spend so much energy in my grip. The result is the ability to hold the camera into position longer before fatigue sets in and allows me to stay out in the field longer. This strap works well with the 3 legged thing / peak design setup I use ( I did not need the plate that came with this item ). I also do Landscape photography and can set my arca swiss / peak design base right in my tripod with the strap cable attached without any issues. - Instagram @timkelley_photography for more shot results using this product.

Took a chance on the Clutch even after reading some negative reviews for the Sony a7RIV but found that it fits perfectly. See photos attached. Maybe other users attached it a bit differently, but I recommend getting it. I wear large gloves so compare the photos to your hand size. The quick strap to loosen and tighten works very well and I was able to completely reach every part of my camera with it on while giving the support and safety I was hoping for.
