The charger works best when you remove the case from your phone to allow it to cool quickly. The power flow is adjusted according to the battery heat. At 33.1 degrees celcius it drops from 2300 ma to 700 ma and returns to 2300 ma after it drops to 30.9 degrees celsius. it goes back and forth like this if it is cooling properly from the fan that should be running. I bought a refurbished one that had issues with it's fan, so I returned it and bought this new model. So far it works great. I only wish it were 45 dollars instead of 75. It seems overpriced, but it is clearly the best charger on the market.

It works well with my fast charging note 10+. It was only off about 8 minutes compared to the original wall charger that came with the phone. I had brought one at bestbuy, put I returned it because it took way longer to charge than the original wall charger. The one I brought at bestbuy had 2019 edition on the top and came in a bigger box, this one did not. To top it off I got it cheaper at price.
