So I've been using a certain Caffeine shampoo for some time, which I really liked. However, the seller has been raising the price on said product excessively and I just refuse to pay that much for a bottle of shampoo. So this is why I've started the process of finding a new Caffeine Hair Regrowth shampoo. I tried this product and it's ok. It smells good and I feel like it does have an overall positive effect on my hair, but I don't really like the composition of this product. Its thick, milky texture may be what some people would prefer; however, I do not particularly care for this product because it tends to make me prone to dandruff. The thick composition tends to leave a filmy layer on my scalp, which then turns into dandruff after a couple of days. The other shampoo I've been using does not do that to my scalp, so I will continue to look for a replacement shampoo; this is not it.

This is the only hair shampoo that works for me. Over the course of eight years, my hair has been shedding a lot. I have tried so many different shampoo products for thinning hair and I'm so happy to finally find one that works. I wash my hair everyday and after a full month of use, I noticed that the clump of hair (at least 20 strands) which I used to get on my bath tub strainer started to decrease to just a few strands of hair (maybe 4-5). This is a worthwhile product.

I started shedding A TON two months after the COVID pandemic started. It might be stress, it might be lack of vitamin D (due to the quarantine), or even the Deva Curl mask I used for a while and made my scalp super itchy back in February. Anyways, doctors say hair falls out 2-3 months after a traumatic event. If my hair weren't so thick and voluminous, I would have certainly become almost bald by now - see pics. After 2 months of crazy shedding I decided I could not wait for it to "stop" by itself any longer and started supplementing with zinc and vitamin D and B12 - all 3 were indeed borderline low according to my blood work - to no avail though.

So, TWO WEEKS ago I upped my game by starting NUTRAFOL + red light therapy directly on scalp + this DHT blocker shampoo.

Now, has the shedding improved? Not yet.

Even though I have yet to see any results (I've only used it 4-5 times so far), this shampoo smells lovely, lathers nicely and does not dry out my hair like other botanical shampoos usually do.

I will definitely update this review in a month or so.

I have used this shampoo a few times and so far I love it. I decided to purchase this hair loss shampoo because of the great reviews and the ingredients. It seems like there’s a lot of good ingredients in it for hair growth/stopping hair loss, like saw Palmetto, green tea, caffeine, and essential oils. There are so many hair loss shampoos that it’s hard to chose which one to get, especially when some shampoo reviews are paid so you don’t know which ones to trust. I love the ingredients and the scent is great. It has an essential oil smell, almost like a lemon/citrusy scent. It’s very creamy and moisturizing and lathers pretty well. Some people probably wouldn’t have to use conditioner after using it but I still need conditioner on my ends because my hair is very fine and tangles easily. This is the most expensive shampoo I have ever purchased. I have purchased other cheaper hair thinning/all natural/biotin shampoos but none have made a difference in my hair thinning/shedding. I would still have a big clump of hair in the drain every time I washed my hair (at least the size of a quarter). The first time I used this shampoo I had less hair fall in the shower. The second time I used it I had even less. I also started taking viviscal the same time I started using this shampoo so maybe both are helping. I didn’t experience any tingling on my scalp when I used this shampoo but I’m hopeful it will improve my hair thinning and shedding. I will update after I’ve used it longer. I may have to purchase the conditioner to go along with this shampoo. The company is also amazing and stands by their products.

Too early to tell if it helps hair thinning problem but love the frangrance and cleansing. Leaves my hair feeling soft. Hope it works. Will update in a month or so.
Update - made my hair so dry and brittle it was breaking off and causing more hair loss. I do not recommend this product.
