Second, for some reason this device creates significantly more hum through the right compared to the left, this is bizarre and seems like a design flaw. In case your thinking it was my audio source, I switched the L and R inputs and still the right output hummed 5+ times more than the left?

I had previously used star grounding on all the RCA shields to the receiver chassis ground, and moving ALL equipment to the same wall outlet, which helped some, but not all of the problems (got rid of flourescent and LED bulb noise from other outlets/breakers in the house just by consolidating the audio/computer equipment to a single outlet). Ultimately, the noise was coming through the HDMI from the computer to the receiver, and then being passed to the amplifiers.
This product solved 90-95% of the processor power noise passing through the RCAs to XLR inputs on the outboard crossovers. I'm still going to obsessively chase down the last bits of noise reduction, but all in all, this product is worth it's price and then some
