WOW!! I was so surprised by this product. This is NO, I mean absolutely NO scent at all but boy, does it work. As I've gotten older I've found my skin has gotten really funky - as in, it's so much drier, gets irritated by certain fibers, reacts to weather conditions - really weird things. I got tired of trying the cheaper, big mouth products and decided to try the one I saw got rave reviews from a number sources.
So glad I finally woke up and made the switch to Cetaphil. Within minutes my skin "screamed " THANK YOU DUMMY - WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THIS SOONER "
Look, I'm not kidding, I'm 73 years old and have used a lot of products over the years. I had a favorite one for years that worked for me but then, it started not performing for these new issues. To be honest, I didn't want to spend the money with so many other brands, less expensive, touting their hype.
Cetaphil is worth ever cent and then some. An added incentive is that it doesn't leave a greasy feel after applying it.
I know this is a long review but I wanted you people to have an honest, full blown assessment of this product.

I have eczema and sensitive skin so I'm limited on what I can use on my skin. A lot of things cause my skin to react. I was kindof surprised that this didn't. I was using Burts Bees eczema facial wash (switched to p:rem I think is what it's called, love it) and jojoba or avocado oil as a moisturizer. I always had dry patches on my face near my mouth. With this lotion I have yet to have any dry patches. This bottle is huge to, it will last awhile.

Cons: leaves skin sticky for awhile. Not a deal breaker though. Wasn't sure if that was normal for most moisturizers or not.

I have SEVERE "winter" skin to begin with and a new medicine started my forehead to flake and peel. I can use Cetaphil lightly twice a day and I no longer have a flaky face. Who wants that right? It's great, buy some today. If it seems expensive remember you only have to use a little at a time.

The new formula's thicker consistency is longer lasting and locks in moisture better than the original. The smell, however, is repulsive. It dissapates within 30 minutes after application but is reminiscent of slightly rancid cooking oil. I suspect that it's due to the sunflower seed oil.

Excellent genuine item delivered day after placing order. I think the manufacturer is phasing out the 20 oz size replaced by the 16 oz size.
