These lights are very unique in my opinion. First and foremost, unless packaging has been addressed since my purchase took place, you will need extreme patience to enjoy these UV fairy lights. As other reviews before me warned, these lights arrived to me in a tangled mess that took every bit of an hour or so to untangle. This process took so long because of how delicate they are. I had to take extra care in keeping from crimping the very fine wire used throughout the whole strand. I'm afraid that crimping the wire might cause it to break because of how thin it is.
Onto the good.
I would highly recommend these lights if you intend on (1), hanging these in a somewhat permanent area. Or (2), have the ability to take extreme care when rearranging/storing them.
The reason I say highly recommend IF these two sceneries are plausible, is because they are one of a kind lights. I can totally see these being hand crafted or somewhat home made and they are absolutely beautiful. The wire itself, as fragile as it is, looks as if it is made of silver (I'm sure it's not really silver), which makes these lights very attractive and different from other strands of fairly lights I have owned.
The LED lights themselves are wonderful eye candy, both for visual appearance and the utility they were made for. I don't believe they have the same strength to push UV light across a room in order to make things glow with flourescence like any sort of full sized bulb or flood light, but anything that is UV light reactive within 5 or 10 feet that is able to react to the wavelenths it was made to put out (390 to 400 I think) will light up like a Christmas tree. So these lights will be top notch for any type of display or display case, booth, or around pictures or posters where you where you don't need the UV light to travel too far. The asthetics of the strand of lights itself will compliment any display.
The lights from a distance are also very unique and beautiful. I would say they will be very good at drawing attention from afar since the lights are such a one of a kind color. I love how they look different than anything you would normally see.
Would I buy these again? In a surprisingly good way, these lights are not at all what I was expecting. Had I known how fragile they truly are, I probably would not have purchased them due to the fact that I am not going to use them for the original purpose. HOWEVER, these feel like an extremely lucky find! Their fragility gives them an aspect of beauty and uniqueness that you won't find on any other strands of fairy lights. I pay attention to even the smallest details, ocd perhaps, and this was absolutely a great purchase for future endeavors. I hope this review will help these lights find the purposes they were made for!

We used these in and around an open cupboard as part of an escape room. Some bottles filled with tonic water for a blue glow under black light. Some bottles with plain water and neon paper tapes behind them for color variety. This was the only light they had at first until they earned more. Looked amazing. The lights came neatly wrapped in the box. Very easy to wrap around posts and shelves if you unwind as you go. Very thin wire. They are still up and we don’t see them in normal light. Keeping up for next Halloween lol. (in basement kitchenette) Remote was perfect. Completely worth the money.
