I wear a 7 5/8 cap and these simply do not fit, even on the last click of the adjustment, what's frustrating is another 1-2 inches would accommodate most head sizes. Other reviews indicate the same issue, so my fellow bigger headed brethren, these are not for you.

I do wish it came with cloth ear pads however the pleather ones are very comfy and very effective at noise canceling. My wife thinks to effective. The sound is great. They don't run my rechargeable in my controller down any faster then my other headsets have in past.. They could be louder but for running off the batteries in my controller I think they are perfect. If your on a budget or like me, have a tendency to break the nicer things, these are for you.

It has the basics, although comfortable, you can hear all the background noise and it is very muffeld. The speakers in the headphones are very quiet, I have to turn my system sounds all the way up to hear at normal volume. They are also very small for my head, it is on the last adjustment setting (REVISED REVIEW PART)- After a few weeks of use and some getting used to from an old headset, this is a great headset. Sound quality is nice very comfortable, the only downside is that its still on the smaller side of headphones.

Good for Work and Gaming

I wanted a simple headset that was good for both work and gaming and this fit the bill. I did a lot of research into the differences between this and other similarly priced models, and chose this one since it supposedly has a better mic than the Cloud Core and Stinger/Stinger Core. My friends and coworkers haven't complained about the mic quality and say I actually sound a lot better than before.

Regarding comfort, I have a larger than average head and glasses and haven't had any pain or discomfort after wearing them for a few hours.

My only complaints are that you need to buy a splitter to use it on a PC with separate audio/mic ports, my ears get a little warm, and as another review mentioned, there's an odd "seashell" effect to produce the noise cancelling.

Overall, I'd recommend this if you're looking for a decently priced and sounding headset.

I’ve been looking for a new headset since the band on my old stealth 700 turtle beach headset broke apart. I wasn’t looking on dropping a lot of cash for a new headset but wanted something decent .. after reading reviews I decided to go with these for only $45. So far I love it, the band on this one seems a lot more durable. The headset is comfortable but starts hurting after like 2-3 hrs of straight game play. I wouldn’t say this headset is for big heads, it fits mine just right but any bigger than like 7 1/2 hat size will probably be to small . Overall the sound is great , noise cancellation is good, have no problems with party chat, You can adjust the settings and make it louder if you need to for the game or the chat. Definitely recommend for starters or people trying to budget and get a decent pair of headphones.
