Here's my feedback after about 5 months with this watch. In short, the good part is the amazing battery life, the light weight of the watch and the load of features available on the watch. The bad part is the accuracy of the altimeter and the limitations of the sleep tracking.

Pros:
1. It is very light and convenient for wearing, even during sleep.
2. It has an amazing battery life. I used it for 12 whole days between charges, wearing it all day long, with ~40 minutes of daily aerobic activity, which was mostly indoors (very little GPS usage) - and even then, it still had 10% battery when I started charging it. At 10% it starts asking to be charged.
3. It has a great always-on display, which is very clear even under direct sun.
4. It has very good GPS.
5. It connects very easily and reliably with many bluetooth devices, and due to its amazing battery life, you don't have to worry about this bluetooth connection taking too much battery (compared to my previous sports watch - Xiaomi Stratos).
6. This is a matter of personal taste, but I love the crown button interface. Works great!
7. The configuration of the various workout data screens is awesome! You can configure multiple screens for each workout type, which you can scroll between using the digital crown button, and up to 6 data pieces on each screen.
8. Coros support is great! They frequently provide updates of the Android app with bug fixes and new features, and also firmware upgrades with bug fixes and added features.

Cons:
Watch features:
1. Sleep tracking is not always good. You have to set the sleep start time manually (an inconvenience, not a major issue), and the watch stops tracking sleep if you wake up more than 6 hours after the sleep start time, even if you wake up for only 1 minute and then go back to sleep. The sleep tracking was much worse when I started using this watch 3 months ago, and it seems to continuously improve, but still has these limitations.
2. Heart rate monitoring is very good for activities where the heart rate does not change rapidly and often. If the heart rate changes rapidly, it may take some time for the watch to catch up on the change.
**Note: I initially thought it wasn't so good even for activities with rapid heart rate changes, but it turns out it was due to the way I wore the watch on my wrist. To achieve the best results with the watch, it needs to be tightened to the wrist so that not a single finger can go between the watch and the skin. It is not very convenient at first, but you get used to it very quickly.
The up side is - I can make the watch use the chest strap and then it will report correct heart rate, and as a result also the other reported data (such as calorie count and training load) will also be more accurate.
3. The calorie count: This is a complex topic. For some types of sports (e.g. cycling), it is quite similar to other devices, while for others, it is WAY off (shows about 30% less calories than other devices; for example, a 20 minute indoor run may show me 300+ calories on my other devices, but about 200 on the Pace 2 - even when the watch shows the correct heart rate). In addition, during an activity, the calorie count on the display is updated only every now and then (about once every 90 seconds), unlike almost any other device which updates every second or two. And when you end the activity, the calorie count last shown on the display will remain as the calorie count of the activity (even if you end it near the end of these 90 second period, and the count was about to "jump" by a number of calories).
4. Floor climbed: Some of the days, it is relatively accurate, other days it is WAY off (e.g. today shows me 6 floors while I have climbed at least 12). I can't tell why. I'm only referring to just going up stairs in buildings.
However, the Coros website has video tutorials on fixing issues like this, and they suggest to calibrate the barometric altimeter daily using GPS outside, which seems to fix the issue.
* The "elevation gain" computed by the watch is not accurate and is often more than 20% less than the actual gain (computed from topographic maps).
5. Sports selection and configuration: This is somewhat limited. For example, there's "bike" but no difference between road cycling / mountain biking, there's no "elliptical" (for which I need to use the generic "gym cardio" sport). There's "indoor run", which allows me to select the speed of the treadmill, but this is limited to speeds 3-20 km/h with 0.5 km/h steps between them. My treadmill can only jump every 0.2 km/h, for example I can use 11.4 or 11.6 km/h, but this speed cannot be selected by the watch - only 11 / 11.5 / 12.
6. Using the automatic gesture backlight or GPS activity affects the battery life considerably. When using more of these, I had to charge the watch after about 1 week (compared to 12 days without using much the backlight or GPS activity). Even 1 week is awesome, but it shows the toll on the battery life.
7. The heart rate display itself during an activity is not color coded; you can configure the watch to show half a circle with colors according to heart rate ranges, with an arrow pointer that shows you where your heart rate is within that circle, but this only works if you display up to 4 data pieces on the workout screen. If you display 6 data pieces, you don't have this circle and no indication of the heart rate range.

Cons of the Coros Android app:
1. The app shows most of the details from the watch (but some things, like "floor climbed" are only available on the watch itself), but it does not provide much feedback about how to improve.
2. The device screen (rightmost button in the app) has a non-optimal layout, where I found myself mistakenly removing the device more than once, I guess because the 'remove' button is located at the bottom, pretty close to the menu buttons of the phone. Fortunately, adding it back is very easy and quick, but it did make me spend a few minutes wondering what happened the first 2 times this happened.
3. Coros EvoLab: This is supposed to provide a lot of important details about the training, but to get started, it requires one week of running outside for about 5 km each run. For someone like me, who hardly ever practices outdoor running, this is useless. Might be a great feature - but I did 2 outdoor runs during this month with the watch and it shows me only 9% progress until I can start using EvoLab. What about non-runners who want to use this watch for sports tracking?
Update: Eventually I got the EvoLab working, after running enough time outdoors, and the data it shows seems completely unreliable. For instance, I've had multiple 4-hour cycling sessions, after which it showed me that I had to rest for 1 day before hard-training. And then, I had a single 2-hour cycling session, which was not harder than these 4-hour ones, and it showed me I had to rest for 80 hours (!) before hard-training.
