I had the wired SN30 pro for a couple of years and liked it a lot, but wireless is just better if you can afford to get it. So far this controller is awesome for playing older 2D games like the SNES app for Switch that comes with the online service. The joysticks make it good enough to play modern games as well. The controller feels very premium and equal in quality to a first party Nintendo controller. And even though they sell a SNES controller, it’s not as good as this one (and it costs more plus you have to pay shipping) because it only has the d-pad and no joysticks.
The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t wake the switch when it is in sleep mode, even if you’ve already paired it. All controllers should be able to wake up the system, since some third party controllers can do this, there’s no excuse for not having it. And I think a six foot cable would be better, even if you only need it for charging.
