Cetaphil makers didn’t bother to list the ingredients for the new style, so I will do it for them. The ingredients are different from the old style. Hopefully they will put my picture up of the jar with ingredients showing since they didn’t take the time to take their own picture.
Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream, Very dry to dry sensitive skin.
New style ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Dicaprylyl Ether, Dimethicone, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Peg-30 Stearate, Panthenol, Niacinamide, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Pantolactone, Dimethiconol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Propylene Glycol, Disodium Edta, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid.
Even though the third ingredient is Petrolatum (apparently the North American name for Petroleum Jelly) it is not sticky like Aquaphor. Even though the label says fragrance free it still has a mild fragrance. The strength of the scent is between Aquaphor and CeraVe. Aquaphor's fragrance is less strong and CeraVe's is a little stronger. Unfortunately, even though the cream went on smoothly it didn't do anything to help with itching, irritated skin. I still had rashy marks and new folliculitis red bumps in the morning. Had pin pricks that feel like bug bites all night long still.
