I actual had to return this but I blame my monitor and how the VESA adapter was connected, not this arm. My only gripe about the arm is that the pivot joint could be improved. The height adjustment and rotate joints are really good and sturdy but the pivot was not in the same league, seems to be the weak point of the arm so if you need to adjust that one a lot, I don't think this is the best option.
It’s too many pieces , I have had this item for a year and can’t fine anyone to put it together for me because it’s so many pieces and no one want to be bothered.
