This Parker pen looks even better than in the pictures. It is made in France. I have several Cross and Parker pens. My experience is that Parker refills last longer. I am very happy with this Parker pen. Highly recommended !!!

I really like the way the finish on this pen looks. The metallic green color gives off a nice understated elegance vibe. The pen has a nice weight for its size. The barrel diameter is about the same as Parker’s smaller pens yet the weight is the same as their larger pens, so it’s a good balance if you prefer a smaller pen but also like the heavier weight (see my photo for comparison). It uses standard Parker cartridges (all 3 pens in my photo use interchangeable cartridges) and writes very smoothly. The box it comes in is quite large and provides a nice presentation if you’re planning to gift the pen to somebody. Overall an excellent pen and one that I think most people will keep for a long time.

This pen has nice open/close movement and smooth writing action. It's comfortable for my ladies' glove-size medium hands, so it might be too small for larger hands. Well balanced while writing, doesn't feel like cheap aluminum like some pens do. The presentation is only "okay," though, since the box is pretty basic and the pen isn't securely fastened inside. It's probably decent for a "first nice pen" kind of gift, without a big worry if they end up losing it.

Note: the green has a lot of turquoise to it, so it's not a true green. Still attractive, but it might disappoint if you're looking for green.

It's no secret that Parker makes great pens. This one is certainly no exception to that standard - it's absolutely fantastic. Beautiful color (I got the green one), writes very smoothly, feels good in your hand...looks classy on your desk. Comes in a nice box, making it a great gift for anyone. My dad was a BIG fan of Parker pens too - as soon as I opened this, I immediately thought of him and wished he was still here on earth to give this too, he would love it.

You really can't go wrong with any of their writing instruments but this one in particular is a beautiful design and a bit unique as far as the color etc. The ink tends to last forever, but refills are super easy to find when you need it.

This pen earned all five stars I've given it and then some. Only one thing - if you get this, make sure you keep it close because this is a pen that someone will definitely steal from you if you leave it unattended...it's THAT nice! :)
